- Unopened Products Only: Returns or refunds will only be accepted if the product remains unopened. The seal inside the container must not be broken. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
- Timeframe: All returns or refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
2. Return and Refund Process

- Approval Required: Once we verify that the product meets our eligibility criteria, we will provide instructions for completing the return process.
- Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
3. Order Modifications
- Changing Flavor or Other Modifications: Requests for order modifications, such as changing the flavor of your product, must be made as soon as possible. Due to our commitment to fast shipping, we recommend submitting modification requests within 12 hours of your purchase.
- Shipping Address Changes: Requests to change the shipping address must also be made as soon as possible. Once the item ships, we are unable to make changes, and the order will be shipped to the original address provided.
- How to Modify: To request a modification, email us at Hey@TurnUpEnergy.com with your order number and the requested change. While we will do our best to accommodate, modifications are not guaranteed if the order has already been processed for shipping.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened Products: Products with a broken seal or that have been opened are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.
